The second installment continues with Kel and his Dak venturing into the forbidden Polis to seek Vax that could save his people from a deadly plague. Along the way, Kel allies with Wika, a warrior queen from the aerial city of Aerokrome, who seeks to determine whether the Kahn, the merciless ruler of the Polis, poses a threat to her city.
