Until the United States Tactical Superhuman Militia was formed. The agency sought out to recruit only the most wholehearted, and extremely skilled superhumans; utilizing them to bring about order to the storm. However, the peace did not last long due to an Anti-TSM group making an appearance. Their threats of violence and acts of terrorism have set TSM's progress backwards.
