Joell Joestar, a 23 year old Frenchman moved to The United States at a young age, eventually pursuing an education in medicine. Throughout his schooling, he grew an interest in chemistry, and the body, and began the path towards an impossible goal: curing addiction. Years later, a medical company boasting the capability to cure any and all disease with one pill shows up out of nowhere. Joell's interest in this company takes him and others across the country to investigate its inner workings.
