Two young brothers discover that spreading their 'flu' causes others to mutate into horrid man-eating monsters. These bros are a global threat yet other symptoms grant them skills to slay the infected hordes.
Morality and kinship are tested as others like themselves emerge. Among them are those who will spin the 'flu' into a grisly game!
