Huibert: The Most Underrated Hero to Hire - Return to the Island of ????

Huibert is hired by the CIA to go back to the island he fought Arnold Zumph to find out what happened to a rescue team that was sent to clean up the mess from Issue 1. Huibert is joined by CIA agent FaceBat and meets The Quack. When Huibert finds out what has happened, it leads to another weird action/adventure.
