Horrors of Experimentation(H.O.E)

The animals of Antarctica get side effects after being experimented on by the officials at Neptune’s Mental Institution. The official members that run this place is made up of the predators against the other Arctic animals and torture them for fun. The animals have to survive by not killing themselves, eaten for food, or killing each other. Someone will rise up to stand against the oppression one day.
