With the police unable to find any leads, Hiroshi Michio, a steel factory owner, vows to seek vengeance against his parents' murderers. With help from his tall, elder cousin, and business partner, they end up taking matters into their own hands. Little does our hero realize is that a little homeless girl, driven by extreme hunger, would find a special place in his heart. Together, they end up facing their very first enemies, and dangers, as modern-day, weapon-wielding "Neon Ninjas!"
