Hiroshi and the "Neon Ninjas" are tasked to look into series of break-ins and robberies that are suspected to be linked to a single organization. As Hiroshi tries to figure out their motives, and why his girlfriend, Eri, seems to be busier with her business center job than ever, Itsumi crosses path with a long-lost friend, which would forever change things with our heroes.
