It's been 20 years since the Hell Hawk vigilante has been seen in Helltron City. In that time, Helltron has developed the nickname Hell on Earth because of the rise in gang violence, drug abuse, and human trafficking. Not only that, masked criminals are popping up around the city. Detectives Iglesias and Hopkin will have their hands full in this action packed series. Who is the Hell Hawk?
