Seo is a senior in high school who haves a lot of dreams and goals for his life, which may be short according to his doctors. Seo has a liver disease called Cirrhosis (NASH) and he doesn't know how long his liver will keep him alive, though he knows this he still hangs on to his dreams that seems like fantasy now, till he meets Isabelle she's surrounded by everything He's ever wanted. Seo badly envy's Isabelle. Isabelle believes his real sickness is his mind. Can she heal him?
