Papararudo Samyueru lives in a city that is divided into three different regions know: upper class region, middle class region, lower class region. Members of the lower class region have to give up there first born child to the government in exchange for them not being able to pay taxes. However, they are given a promise that if the family can accumulate a large sum of money during their lifetime, they would be able to buy there first born child back from the government. Papararudo Samyueru is determined to join the army in order to buy his older sister
