Seiji Utsumi was satisfied with just gazing at his beloved Shou-sempai from afar. But when his classmate, Yuki Kurokawa, finds out about his crush, she pushes him to take action, and his one-sided love starts moving rapidly! After randomly running into Kurokawa on Christmas, Utsumi is able to view the light display with her as he'd hoped, and neither of them realizes that Kurokawa's ex-boyfriend, Toru, was there as well. However, Utsumi quickly becomes depressed as the reality sets in that Kurokawa doesn't seem to share his feelings anymore. As he's spending New Year's on his own, his first crush, Shou-sempai, appears to fill the hole in his heart once again...
