Jimmy (A.K.A. Katsuya Onishi) is a first year at Bara Cross High School’s technical track. When he was young, he was saved by a legendary tattoo artist known as “Katsushin.” Ever since then, he’s become captivated by the art of tattooing, even going as far as to tattoo his body all by himself! His dream is to move to America and pursue his savior in order to study from under him and become the world's number one tattoo artist. After having his friends trashed by Justice and himself beaten to a pulp by Pinko, Jimmy was surprised to find himself not wanting revenge. Seeing the apologetic state his leader was in, Zombie became fed up with him and decided to split from the group and fly solo. As he wandered away from the group, Zombie was reunited with a respected senpai who fought back against Justice to the bitter end. Reminded of his past, he makes up his mind…and revives the Germs to help him overthrow Pinko! But before he could accomplish his payback, Bara High’s strongest third year already had his own plans for Pinko. He decides to settle the score with him, lighting the fuse to one final brawl before their graduations!
