In retail business there are some people that are used to do stuff the wrong way for so long that when corporate starts an initiative to re-organize the department some of them think the wrong things are the right things and the right things are the wrong things. Some of them even bring lawyers to the table. Seriously.

When you are going to be judge by your boss understand that it doesn’t matter you worked overtime to get to perfection they will find whatever to point out your mistakes. That’s why they're there… Believe me, you would never going to heard that a boss visit a store and congratulate you for your hard work. Retail sucks. Everyone is under stress and all of them are waiting to be fired.

Selling is super easy. Selling following all the rules of the store is a nightmare! It’s like corporate want you to scare the customers! Our challenge is overwhelming the heck out of you with a bunch of nonsense until you buy all or run away to never come back. It’s hard, you want to be honest but being honest doesn’t pay the bills

Trading Places
In retail business everyone is after the other, trying to be on top they will eat you alive if they think you’re doing better… it doesn’t matter if you’re doing what you supposed to they will hunt you down until you start feeling you’re walking on shells. Sometimes they get the wrong impression of you and you get labeled for life. Fair? You don’t know nothing yet.
