Friar Rush

What if a medieval trickster found his way into the modern world with a plan to devastate the souls of millions? Friar Rush is a trickster demon from the Dark Ages. Whispered legends and epic poems tell of his seductions of men and women of the cloth. What if he were unleashed on the modern era with a devilish plot to devastate masses? That’s the story that unfolds here, beginning with the murder of a priest. That gets the attention of journalist Jake McGlover, himself a failed seminarian, who soon finds himself partnered with the immortal Seraph, cursed victim of the friar’s manipulations. Together Jake and Seraph begin a race against time as Friar Rush launches his dark plans in New Orleans. And of course the friar’s going to send demonic forces to oppose them. Friar Rush is a tale of religious horror with science fiction touches.
