this was INCREDIBLE!! I never expected to see parts of my life and childhood as a Dominican kid in New York to be on display for the rest of the world in a shojo manga!!! the dialogue was great without feeling super forced. I can tell you lived similar experiences and while being Latino or Dominican isn’t universal, it still brings me to tears to be seen and represented in this way even as an adult. thank you so much.
