Sam begins his job as an orderly at "Farmhouse", a barn that's been converted into an art studio for the insane. Here he's given the task of overseeing two unusual patients. Keeping an eye on all of them is Dr. Crawford, a cunning psychiatrist who runs Pinewood Hospital for the mentally ill and is the brainchild behind the Farmhouse "art therapy" experiment.
