Dynamo Meets the Amazing Andor

The subterranean scientist Lord Uru reports on his latest project to overthrow the surface dwellers to the Overlord. His project involved raising an abandoned surface baby, and subjecting the child to treatments to control its mind and give it superhuman strength. The human, named Andor, infiltrates THUNDER, and nearly kills Dynamo before freeing himself from mind control. Andor returns to the subterranean world and kills Lord Uru.
