New York, 1985. The city once known for representing America's vibrant culture, is now more dirty than ever. Criminal and gangster activity has become the new normal here, and now New York has become a representation of the corruption that has occurred within the modern American world. Even during this desperate time, things have the possibility to worsen, as the streets of the city hide a group of people who wish to bring more chaos to New York itself. But someone has arrived in the city. Someone who has sworn to hunt those dragons. A self proclaimed "Dragon Hunter".
