There was a village in a frontier area of the country where the emperor governed the country. The residents of this village have been endowed with the ability of dragons since ancient times. Liu Furan, a doctor living in this village, reunites with a childhood friend, Ko Saiki, and he asks her to heal a certain person. Saiki is supposed to be staying in the capital city for certain reasons, but his sudden return to the village causes commotion among the people around him.
