A new criminal named the Baron has appeared and has been pulling off boastful and fantastic crimes. He brags that he will rob a jewelry store next, garnering the attention of the Doom Patrol. The Chief believes he knows the identity of this new villain, but he'll have to reveal his origin to the Doom Patrol to expose the thief!
