Dogs of the Empire

An unemployed man who is consistently failing at life encounters a peculiar stranger who claims to be the saviour of his city. Set in a dystopian 1950s city, policed by their supreme leader 'The Mayor' and his army of 'Angels' , three young men try to survive the harsh reality they were born into. Each man takes a different path in hopes of pursuing a brighter future, but will their friendship persist as life changes them?
