Diesel & Dragons is a dark industrial fantasy set in an alternative history of the First World War. It exists at the cross section of history and mythology, in which massive colonial empires have claimed various parts of the globe, including the magical creatures of those various realms. When those empires go to war, the whole of the planet is drawn into a conflict the likes of which the world had yet to see. It is a story about the tragedy of modern war, the folly of leaders who seek it, and the reckoning of meaning in the sight of meaningless death en masse. All of this is set against a backdrop of a world in which tanks and titans exist side by side and vampiric aristocracies and ghostly governments send millions to their deaths for their own personal gain and glory.
