It is July 27th, 2082, multidisciplinary scientist Dr. Neil Good's birthday and first day practicing as a neurosurgeon. What better gift could he ask for? Unfortunately, he received the best gift on the worst day: the beginning of the apocalypse. The mysterious Cooties virus has abruptly spread across the world population almost overnight, with its victims' almost exclusively losing their sentient lives for undead bloodlust and varying effects of metamorphosis into creatures dubbed Kannibals. Dr. Good's renowned reputation has lead to his procurement by the United States government to aid in creating a cure, but getting to their secure labs will not be so simple.
