Zyra is a former rogue of the Light Hands who decided to leave everything behind to join the guild of her greatest idol: Laksya Diruadrell. You know, the daughter of a legendary thief who supposedly stole half the world and still walked away with a hero’s reputation. Yeah… that one.
Upon arriving, Zyra meets a very strange bunch of people. There’s Wivar Haplover, a grumpy but brilliant gnome. There’s Luary, his adopted daughter, who is… well, just a teenager. There’s Zela Evilen, an orc Zyra avoids for reasons no one really understands. And then there’s Taixel Stolenon, the guild’s leader… Or at least, that’s what he claims. Because according to Laksya, she’s the one who actually runs the place. Anyway… Ah, damn it! Let’s get to the point!
Zyra is trying to fit into her new guild, understand her companions, and figure out how to survive living with this bunch of weirdos. But there’s a small problem: her former boss, Avarus, wasn’t exactly happy about her leaving. In fact, he’s furious. Very furious.
Now Zyra has to deal with thefts, chaos, rivalries, secrets, and a vengeful ex-boss who considers her departure an unforgivable betrayal. And you, dear reader, are about to witness this mess right alongside her.
