Cameron Chase takes on her first case at the Department of Extra-normal Operations: an Ohio-based youngster with the uncanny ability to control fire. Along with Sandy Barrett, DEO head of field personnel, Chase needs to find a way to douse the flames before Ohio goes up in smoke.
