CHARYEOK FIST

In modern-day Seoul, Taekwondo is more than a martial art. Beneath its tournaments, dojangs, and traditions exists Charyeok: a hidden spiritual force connecting fighters to ancestors, mythical beings, and something deeper within themselves. Han Min-Jun has spent his life being told what he is before he gets the chance to define himself. A late-starting Taekwondo novice with something to prove, he enters Crane Dojang believing that if he becomes strong enough, good enough, he can finally earn the respect and belonging he has always wanted. But as Min rises from white belt into a hidden world of gifted fighters, ancient traditions, and institutions determined to control who is allowed to wield Charyeok, he discovers that strength cannot force the world to understand you. CHARYEOK FIST is a character-driven martial arts saga about identity, belonging, tradition, ambition, and what it truly means to become strong.
