Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico, June of 2017: During the increasingly escalating conflicts overseas, A group of pre-teens run headfirst into a barrage of conflicts against rogue American Weapons: THE RAC. Nuclear powered androids with horrifying powers and abilities posing as their classmates. They must fight them tooth and nail and find out what the fuck is happening and why.
