Bullet is a young woman who can enter different dream worlds using mysterious Dream Bullets. Seeking revenge for her husband's death, she soon discovers a shocking truth: Mr. Valentine, the man behind it all, is actually her husband, who has been using her to escape his own nightmare.With the help of the Dream Agents, Bullet destroys Dr. Kissy Face the nightmare born from her own child. But the nightmare's influence still remains. Now, as a Dream Agent herself, Bullet must travel through the dream world and destroy what Dr. Kissy Face left behind.
