In the 1960s, college student Dale DeSouza developed speed powers during an experiment that he joined for extra credit. It wasn’t long before he was using his newfound abilities for good, proving himself to be as heroic as he was fast, as the super-speedster Bullet! Unfortunately, using his powers caused his body to age rapidly and Dale was left an elderly man in his 20s after pushing himself to save the world from an alien threat.
