The Introduction

Bob Winkerson, the protagonist of the "Freezing Depths of the East River" animated series will tell you his story of becoming the police detective, will show his relationship with the person that the Bronx police department decided to replace him with and will recall the day that changed his life and his detective career forever. The events of the comic come before those depicted in the animated series.
