WHAT THE RAIN LEFT BEHIND

BLACKRAIN: SHATTERED ECHOES — Issue #2: WHAT THE RAIN LEFT BEHIND Seraph, Rez, and Echo descend into the Storm Citadel hunting the real files on Project: Black Rain. In the drowned archive the truth stacks up: Tyrus was not exposed by accident — he was chosen. The bloodline carries a second storm. And eight volunteers paid for the Wardens' science. At the Citadel's heart waits the core — and the core isn't a machine. It's a memory: Tyrus's memory of the night he changed, pulled out of him and built into this place, breaking apart — and taking him with it. To hold it together, Seraph has to touch it. The core doesn't give. It trades.
