Cool read! I enjoyed it. I would caution to be aware current ongoing stories and past. Aquaman the Trench had very similar fish villains and Dagon is the current overarching villain in current Aquaman. If that is intended to be an ongoing antagonist.

With Dagon being a common Lovecraft entity Matthew can have some fun with his interpretation of 'The Deep Ones' without it stepping on anyone's toes (for now lol).
