Dingo was investigating the location of a fellow Kindred who he thought was being used by a terrorist organization. Unfortunately he was right, but the Kindred and his handlers proved to be more than he could handle. So Dingo called in a favor from Backlash. This is one debt Backlash will regret having to pay.
