Astrascend Book 1 Eurek of Earth

When an alien lifeform was found alone in space and brought back to earth in secret during the final days of NASA, the Astronauts that found him gave him the name Eurek and kept him secret as Eurek explored the world’s wonders and mysteries unseen as a way to prepare him to return to the stars, as the astronauts began a secret space program known as the Astratier initiative with the intention of finding out the truth of life in the cosmos. Before the Astratiers commenced the initiative, Eurek experienced a close encounter with the town of Aquariusville’s local Astronomer, Irene Ulysses, where she stumbled across an odd anomaly in her research before she found the sign of extraterrestrial life she’s been speculating about in Eurek. Getting herself involved with Eurek’s activities, she becomes one of other selected humans to be the next generation of spacefarers to go out on the maiden voyage of a new advanced class of earth's first potential starship known as the Cassiel. As they set out to investigate the anomaly she discovered, only to unveil truths of the cosmos that challenges humans' perspective of life in the universe, and Eurek’s species, as forces lurk behind the stars, lead by a mysterious being with visions of its own to reshape the universe.
