Barricaded in the ER, the situation looks bleak for J.B., Anne and Neil - until the Tennessee National Guard come to the rescue! They manage to blast through the zombie horde hungering for hospital patients, but J.B. will need his friends in the hills to put an end to this Appalachian Apocalypse!
