The Town of the Drowned 4

The mission is to stop the leader of the Cult of the Burning Hand at all costs. The mysterious UCC agents launch themselves against the horde of cultists who band together to protect their leader while he escapes. Amelia dodges obstacles to catch up with him, but he's already boarded a boat and flees. Amelia will try to prevent his escape, even if it means great danger to herself.
