1941, off the west cost of Africa, a British special Forces team on a secret mission to scout German U-Boat bases come across a seemingly abandoned German Spy ship. Boarding, they discover that the crew of the 'Gluksstern' (Lucky Star) have uncovered something that has led to a fate more terrible than this band of tough seasoned S.O.E operators could possibly imagine.
I’ve read many other comics and I’m always looking for interesting ones. When I read your story my mind went out of control lol because it was so much fun and the art itself was amazing to look at. By the way who made the art for this did you work with an artist?
Thank you. Appreciate it. I love exploring ALIENS lore and putting a 'spin' on it, great fun. I illustrate all my own stuff. It's a LOT, especially when it's a full on Graphic Novel such as 'PIPER JERICHO' or 'STITCHWALKER' but I just enjoy it so much, doesn't feel like a chore : )
That’s awesome, thank you I’ll definitely check out your DeviantArt I'm excited to see more of your work.
Which project are you most proud of so far, and which one would you recommend I start with?
Probably 'PIPER JERICHO'. It's a love letter to the SF I grew up with, thoughtful but action packed SF/Horror type stuff that explores the connective tissue of the paranormal from ghosts to UAP's, pretty timely I think ; ) I'd start there, it's also available physically through Amazon and soon to be so through GlobalComix collaboration with ComixWellspring. Then there's my first book 'STITCHWALKER' first of the 'CLYSM trilogy & it's sequel 'ENVISIONIST'... They're weird SF & crack along at a pace! I'm working on the final book right now along with pre-production on my next stand alone GN 'NIGHT BOURNE WHISPERS' A 70's remote Scotland set gothic noir Detective, SF, Murder, Government Conspiracy mystery story, really looking forward to starting it.
Wow that all sounds incredible You’ve built such a rich universe across your projects PIPER JERICHO sounds especially powerful thoughtful but action-packed sci-fi/horror with paranormal elements is such a strong mix. And the 70’s Scotland gothic noir concept for NIGHT BOURNE WHISPERS? That sounds amazing already.
You’ve got a lot of ambitious stories in motion! Which one challenged you the most creatively so far and which one feels the most personal to you?
