Okay I'ma be real, the artwork is IMMACULATE, some of the best I've ever seen...but the STORY is simultaneously padded, and rushed at the same time.
First issue, you skip the "I'm a kid with superpowers, WHAT?" bit straight to him getting a mentor, and the only fighting is a training arc, so no real stakes.
Second issue, he OWNS the bank robbbers almost instantly, with no danger towards him or anyone else(sans the idiot who mocks his captors), and when we get the REAL villains...BOOK OVER! Like...NO that's where the book should've STARTED, with the INTERESTING threat!
Once again, good art, but...OKAY story, I feel you could do better. I'ma read the 3rd, let's see how you bring it home.
