However, the most exciting moment of the festival happens when the mysterious Witch Mail Carrier arrives. She brings the Invitation Letter, a very special letter that only appears once every Halloween. Receiving it is a great honor, because it means the chosen ghost has earned the chance to take part in the Witch's Trial.
