Nope. The adults are still infuriating. Or none existent. Even his mom whose nice is umm... well the tone is just off. I get that she was exasperated but I feel like "I just found out my son tried to kill himself." should have more weight to it. And probably be an ongoing conversation. Is why he wanted to die important and making sure he doesn't still feel that way? Like oh my god I want to punch all these adults in their face. Who even gets suspended for jumping into water? Did they even try to investigate?? I hope the school apologizes. Well why should they when none of the adults have and are just treating everything like they have nothing to do with it. These are children. And for gods sake it is not okay to hit a kid that came to apologize no matter what they did when they were in *checks notes* ELEMENTARY school. Ugh.
