@RUBYVANCE101 Thank you sm!! This is such high praise!! This was a practice project I made for a competition called the "Silent Manga Audition." They gave me a theme to work with and it was "seized with rage." I tried to think what would make me most angry, and I thought of this impossible situation. One the one hand, the MC tries and fails to get through to her sister, and her sister keeps doing witchery despite the very obvious danger. On the other hand, the townspeople are just so mean. The idea makes me positively frustrated.

That makes so much sense you can really feel that specific kind of frustration in the story where everyone is in the wrong in different ways and there’s no clean choice or easy outlet for the MC’s emotions. It’s a very human kind of anger not just rage at a villain but that helpless, conflicted fury when love and fear and responsibility all clash at once. For a silent piece it communicated all of that incredibly clearly. You captured the theme perfectly.
