Bonus chapter: ice Cream truck of doom Post credits scene

Free with Gold

Hi everyone In case you're wondering what this chapter is. It's one of the bonus chapter rewards that were intended for inksgiving. Due to the influx of Ink tips I've received recently I have decided to go to 2 uploads a week. One upload will be Field Day and the other will be the inksgiving rewards that have recently been funded. One of those bonus chapters was a post credits scene for Hawk and Flo: ice Cream Truck Of Doom. A character bio for who this is will be revealed on patreon and Ko-Fi soon. On patreon and Ko-Fi there will be an exclusive character bio explaining who this mysterious figure visiting Tom's grave is. The comments have been saved If anyone leaves any more comments on Tapas I will screen cap and save them.. Field Day Chapter 49: Flo, Blake, Bally and Lacey vs party Troopers

Free

Hey everyone Worked on this chapter, I experimented with new ways of drawing and going forward I'm going to use the compass and ruler tools more in order to get straighter lines in the art work. It's a big chapter this week so big that on the Duck and comic Fury it had to be put up as 2 separate pages. I'm doing well atm, but as time has progressed with my journey with this series i look back on some of the older chapters and whilst I take pride in what i've accomplished with Hawk and Flo Adventures some parts look rough around the edges because I was rushing to meet weekly deadlines. I genuinely want the comic to be as good as I can get it now. Early I was forced to rush because I was trying to build up an audience for the comic so I could get feedback on what to improve. There's some bits i'll be going back too soon to polish up. A warm thank you to everybody who is still reading the series it means a lot to me Stay safe everyone! Let me know what you think about the larger chapter sizes vs the smaller ones ^^;

original comment was posted on June 25th Hey everyone, There's a Heat wave where I am so I'm going to have to run as few electronics as possible. Things are starting to look up on my end the DD awards have been announced and I'll be one of the presenters again. So expect some bonus episodes in the near future that will be edited slightly so they make sense on Tapas lol. At Chapter 57: Field Day has roughly 33 Chapters left to go until the storyline itself is finished. The Chapters will be getting longer on average in order to save as much time as possible. Whilst Field Day is on track to conclude sometime next year. I'm a bit behind schedule given everything that has been going on in my life. For this reason expect Longer chapters, with a higher Panel per week average, but with fewer updates. You'll be getting more content with each individual upload (More than if I was updating once a week). The other reason I want to do this is quality control. When I went through Ice Cream Truck of Doom there were some parts that looked rushed and At some point I plan on Patching the earlier chapters of the comic On Tapas and Globalcomix (ICTOD will remain unaltered on the Duck and Comic Fury for Historical preservation reasons) . I think the story is strong so there will be no reboots, the only thing that will change is some additional camera angle panels, some new artwork for clarity and some better lettering. I hope you're all doing well where I am right now is nearly 40 degrees and we don't have particularly note worth air conditioning where i live so. Yeah got to keep the electronics off today it's just too hot. TTYAL! ^^

Worked hard on this chapter. I'm still slow on Keyboard and mouse but i'm starting to speed up. With this chapter I wanted to show that when Blake isn't panicking her and lacey have a surprising amount of common ground with eachother. Blake is the hardest character to write because she feels like a real person that's reacting to a comic world. Hope you're all doing great take care Need to charge laptop!

I don't normally do hugs either. I really struggled drawing the Hug Blake Gave Lacey in this chapter it took me a while to get my head round it. For days I kept trying to draw it and it just didn't look right. I hope you're all doing great. Let me know what you all think of Field Day so far. I'm still drawing with mouse and keyboard. I'm getting better, but I'm not getting faster. I did my best on this chapter and i'm currently looking into faster ways of doing things. Going to be honest though That Last Panel of Lacey being hugged by Blake kind of sums me up with it too. I hope you're all doing well!

Field Day Chapter 45: We Must Act Fast!

Free

Hi Everyone it's been a while. I had a lot come up in life and I had to shop round for a new drawing set up that I felt comfortable with. I'm posting this chapter now that it's done, I want you all to know I am still working on the comic. The issue is with the new set up i'm slower than my original load out so I don't know when we'll get back to a consistent schedule. ATM I'm drawing with Keyboard and a mouse the first attempts looked too rough to post but i've started to get more confident in the most recent results. In case anybody is wondering Ice Cream Truck of Doom touches upon Lacey's back story when the crew are in Baker Bridge. Due to the gap between the last upload and this upload I decided to use this chapter to go over certain things. The TL;DR of Field Day is Alien supervillains make Werewolves. A Lab is discovered underneath Liverlife high school that makes a new kind of Werewolf and the Heroes have to save the world from a Werewolf apocalypse. There's also Holograms that can be destabilised by 3D Sunglasses. You know when I say it out load Field Day has a much more straight forward story than Ice Cream Truck Of Doom did x'D, whether that's a good thing i'll leave it up to the readers! It's Great to be back I hope you're all doing great stay safe!

Loved making this chapter. The Black and White Made the flashback section look eerier. I have a brand new set up and it took me a while to adjust, I'm almost at my original speed but atm i'm taking things easy. I hope you're all doing well stay safe!

Field Day Chapter 43: New Order 1 Takeover

Free

Hi Everyone Usually over December there's a Hiatus period but due to the fact i'm a bit behind schedule on Field Day instead what will be happening is during any Hiatus periods I usually take. I will continue to work on the comic and post once a fortnight. This is temporary over this years December. I kept running into panels I found hard to draw and it took me longer than usual. The cheerleading poses with Loafie but the wide shot of the Basketball court with the Audience took me longer than I expected. This on top of everything that's been going on with my life will be why December is going to work a bit differently in comparison to previous years where I simply took time off. I primarily want to focus on making the comic over this month and the next year. We will be back to weekly schedules once we hit January. I hope you're all having a lovely December this chapter was a blast to make and took me longer than expected to get right. I wanted the New Order 1's entrance to be as impactful as I could make it. Stay safe everyone i'll keep you posted if anything comes up! ^^

Field Day chapter 42: Red Werewolf encounter

Free

Hey everyone. This chapter took me longer than usual because I got up to about 25 or so panels but didn't want to cut the chapter off mid-fight. I felt it would be better if we got this part in one go. The group running shot took me an entire day to get right. I looked round for references for Hawk and Flo's running shots. Flo I ended up making up on the spot because non of the references fit her well. So her's I made up entirely off the top of my head. I hope you all enjoy the Red Werewolf battle, as you can tell the red wolf is going to be a problem throughout the rest of Field Day. So stay tuned for what happens next! Edit: just caught a typo in one of the panels It's just been fixed ^^

Field Day Chapter 41: Red Werewolves

Free

Had a Blast making this chapter. It gets explained a bit later on that most of Liverlife High School was repaired prior to the events of Field Day but one specific classroom wasn't fixed by the time the events of the story unfold. I hit 19 panels and decided to just keep going until my document within my drawing program went up to my max height limit (or near abouts). I hope you've all been enjoying the longer chapters i've been working quite hard on Field Day's recent releases. The Red Werewolf was inspired by concept art in the Space Pack Q and A from a while back. It was a design from that comic that was left on the cutting room floor so I decided to make my own interpretation of it. Invictus Finkelworth really does have a very weird power. It's one that's been fun to write about and was essentially written that way so Monk couldn't just teleport through the school and save the day in 5 seconds lol. I hope you've all had a great November so far tomorrow i'll be out all day. I'll see you all soon! :)

Heady Slingy cook Part 1

Hi everyone These are the adapted versions of the DD award presentations from this years Duck awards that I hosted over on the Duck webcomics. I didn't want any of the Tapas readers or anybody on any of the comics other sites to miss out on the bonus episodes so I have an awards presentation version and an adapted version for the Non- Duck webcomic sites. As Space Pack takes place in the year 1996 the premise is in some ways similar to last years Je-Parody where One character from my comics and one character from Space Pack go on a game show to see how well they do. This also marks the first time I appear in a role in my own comics as chef Heady. Chef Slingy is a caricature of Sefra 14 based on some of the online interviews I saw her do on youtube. in 1996 Vern Britton was the original host of Ready Steady Cook the tv series this parody is based on. The show is primarily remembered for Ainsley Harriet Hosting but he was a chef on the original Ready Steady Cook and didn't start hosting it until the early 2000s I hope you all enjoy I had a blast making these and they took quite a while to make Part 2 will be coming soon see you then :).

FIeld Day Chapter 40: It's a Field Day

Free

Hi Everyone I've just finished the DD award presentations and this week I didn't want to leave you all too long without a regular chapter, so right after I was done with the 4 presentations I put this chapter together. To save time and so I can get right into making Field Day At some point I'm going to put the award presentations up on Tapas as they are. Due to the fact the presentations are all one big story a bit like how Je-Parody was last year. I recently finished a lettering sheet which should speed things up when it comes to the dialogue within the word Balloons. One key announcement is this year's Pumpkin carving chapter will feature the characters who took part in bandstand Bankers. I have plans to also draw every character that appeared in Bankstand Bankers having a Lan Party as a special crossover desktop once I get chance. Thank you all for bearing with me this year it's not been the best year for me if i'm being honest. I'd just like to say thank you for still being here. There's a lot of fun stuff planned so I hope you stay tuned ^^. At some point a chapter select will be created. I've noticed some other creators have done a separate comic where people can chose which parts of a comic to read similar to a DVD menu. Field Day is roughly half way there I'm hoping to get it finished by some point next year. Then the next one will be 'We Come In Theatres' (Hawk and Flo 3). Then after that i'm planning on trying a brand new story i've never written before called 'They Abducted Danny' Which i'm planning as a future instalment. So yes a lot of plans I do genuinely hope you all enjoy what's to come and thanks again for reading ! ^^

Field Day Chapter 37: They Bring me back in

Free

I'm back from Holiday. Bankstand Bankers is taking me longer than expected so i've divided some of the chapter up for this week so we don't go too long without an update. I'm working very hard on getting the full chapter itself finished I may need an extra week or two to do the next part of this justice. It's shaping up well (I think) and I hope you all enjoy it once it's up and running. There's a lot of cameo appearences that are coming up which required some extra work. I'll let you all see who got in next chapter I want it to be a surprise. Stay safe everyone!

Field Day Chapter 36: Convincing Zaxxon

Free

I was originally planning on this chapter being longer, but I didn't realise it was the family holiday this week and I'm out of town as of tomorrow. I come back on Sunday so i'll have Monday to Thursday to make the comic. The Dance from the player character was inspired by the game Fortnite. In it you can select various victory dances. Monk's part about needing to beat the game twice in order to get the in game character skin comes from a game called Ghouls and Ghosts by Capcom. In it you're force to go through the entire game twice in order to complete it. I'll see you all soon take care everyone! :)

Field Day Chapter 35: Run!

Free

The Next chapter after this one will be Bankstand Bankers. If anybody would like their oc to make a cameo let me know which character, their choice of vehicle and a simple front view of your character. Things are more stable on my end so i'm going to give it my all on Bankstand Bankers as it was a funded reward during inksgiving. The Majority of the rewards have been completed. Bankstand Bankers may take longer than a week It's a difficult one to draw that's going to take a bit of extra time to get right. After that the only reward I've yet to do is The Redone version of Thirley Peak's 'Ginger Bread Town' chapter. I felt it best to wait until the part of the story when Bankstand Bankers was ready to be made we're at the part of Field Day where the chapter fits so i'm going to work overtime to get it done. Thank you to everyone reading and supporting the comics I hope you have a great time if anyone wants a cameo in Bankstand Bankers. Feel free to DM or PQ (On The Duck) me and i'll get something sorted.

Hi Everyone! Got done early this week so decided you could have this chapter a bit earlier than usual. This one I have a particular soft spot for as it delves a bit into Lacey's early life. Whenever I write the comic it's one of my favourite parts to do because it reminds me of old Marvel comics I used to collect such as Fantastic Four. In case anybody is wondering the album names are puns on real albums. Spade in Fame is a Pun on 'Slade in Flame' 'Level Breaded' Is a pun in on the Album Level Headed by The Sweet. I hope you're all having a great day the next chapter will be up on Patreon soon.

Field Day Chapter 33: Roller Dancing

As some of you are aware my Laptop has been having some issues. I finished off what I had and I've decided to put it up as a chapter for this week. I've checked for anything the Blue glitch might have gotten i've not found anything. I'm looking into some work around for the way my laptop has been behaving. I've found that my drawing software is less likely to crash if I don't have my browser open. I've also discovered making smaller pages reduces the chance of crashes. I was really panicking yesterday with the prospect of another hiatus but It might be possible to soldier on through the issues if I make shorter chapters and update the comic once there's about 15 or so panels. That way If The Blue glitch occurs it takes less time to fix the chapters. I am doing my best with the current situation i've cleared my browser's cache and it's working a bit better. I don't want to Jynx anything but know that I am genuinely committed to this comic and i'm doing my best to see it through. Thank you to everyone reading and supporting the series. I apologise for the less than ideal set of circumstances at this moment in time, but I am doing my best to get chapters done and look into any fixes involving the technical issues. Bankstand bankers is still on the horizon but I'm going to postpone the chapter as I want it to be the best it possibly can and with my laptop as it is. I'm more comfortable getting the other parts of the comic finished first as they will take less time and can be shorter chapters. I hope you're all doing great best of luck out there!
