The world is rocked by a nuclear catastrophe where every major city is wiped out! Tens of millions were killed in the in the initial blast. However, it was the radiated fallout that changed everything. Project Magus is the covert operation created by the CIA to research a new biological phenomenon stemming from the survivors of the attack. Scientists refer to this phenomenon as Atomic Manipulation while others call it Magic. The task of the Project Magus initiative is to discover the extent of "Magic" and how it can be applied to military applications. Some of the team have haunting pasts. Will the team survive an arcane uprising?
