Ep 32.1 - Let's Make the Most of It! (1)

Free

YAYY I'M SO HAPPY TO BE BACK TO REGULAR UPDATES!! 🎉 Episodes are going to be longer than before, so I hope you enjoy the extra panels (especially of Lucian yumm 🤭) Aria is going to explore the castle a bit! What could possibly go wrong?

This has been a long time coming! Character bios time (feat. me with my creator insight lol)! Anything surprising to you? Everyone is so much fun to write guyyss, I love my characters ahh 🥹 I hope you continue to enjoy their stories. See you in the next update ily!! 💗💗💗

Ep 31.2 - By Your Side (2)

Free

Lmk if you're interested in a mini Q&A and drop your questions! I love being back in the groove with Aria and Lucian again, and I think this update shows a lot of why I enjoy their interactions a lot. 🤭🫶 As I'm plotting out the romance stuff, I really am considering how much time the characters have spent together. For Aria, the total time she's spoken to Lucian is only a few hours! 😅

Ep 31.1 - By Your Side (1)

SURPRISE! 🎉 I decided to post a day early just cuz 🤭 This episode has a lot going on, but was very fun to work on! Hope you enjoy being back with Aria again 🥰🌸

Ep 30.2 - Call It Even (2)

Free

We've just about done with this beginning part with Aeryn/Luka! What cuties!! 💗 The next chapter will switch back to Aria/Lucian to wrap it up. Then, we enter the new arc - aka where the story really begins! I'm very excited to get into it, because we've got a wayyy bigger cast to meet and more conflicts to get into. Very cool stuff! 🤭

Ep 30.1 - Call It Even (1)

Free

The second half of this chapter has some of my favorite moments so far (a hint of romance? maybeee) 🤭 Can't wait to show it to you soon! 💗 I feel really relieved we've made it here now! A stronger relationship between Luka/Aeryn and these cult goons being taken care of finally (yes, this particular guy is donezo lol)!! Only thing is the poor café! 😱 We'll see what happens with it later...

Ep 29.2 - Not Over Yet (2)

Free

I hope you enjoyed today's chapter. TEAMWORK!!! 🙌 We've come a long way since Luka and Aeryn first met in episode 1 (technically, it's only been about a day in the story....crazy!!). I'm personally happy to call it wraps on this first part of the story soon 😅 Things are gonna really start moving soon! Finally haha 🤣

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 29.1 - Not Over Yet (1)

Free

Teamwork makes the dream work is what they say! 💖 I really like the relationship between Luka and Aeryn now as they work together to overcome these cultists. Even though these guys are hard to take seriously, it's fun to have a more intimidating battle to deal with. This won't be the end of the cult (far from it), but some tougher enemies will soon come in - and they will be much cooler, I think!

Ep 28.2 - I'll Give It My All! (2)

Free

I hope you like the journey we are going on with Luka and Aeryn becoming a team, as well as Aeryn gaining confidence in herself 😊 Even if Aeryn feels like she has a weak spirit, I think she can be quite strong and reliable :) With Luka, I like that she is starting to gain more confidence in herself out of the desire to help/protect him.

Ep 28.1 - I'll Give It My All! (1)

The action is fiery this chap! 🔥 You may have noticed the line art looks a bit different from previous chapters. I'm experimenting with a new brush tool to try and step up my line art game. Would love to hear what you think of it!

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 27.2 - Let's Be a Team (2)

Free

Happy 1st anniversary to HKFAW! 💗 The action heats up (literally)!! 🔥 I'm admittedly a bit nervous about it, since it's my first time drawing it 😅 We had a bit of action in the early chapters, though they were shorter. Here, we're on a bigger scale (and with magic too)! Hopefully, I convey the action well enough that it's easy to follow/understand and the pacing isn't too slow!

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 27.1 - Let's Be a Team (1)

Free

Sorry for the delay! Things are heating up and will explode next episode! 🔥 What did you think of the flashback? Originally, I wasn't planning on having one here, but I jumped on the moment. We're starting to see the differences between Luka and Lucian. As they are different individually, their relationship with Aeryn will be different. In that regard...how are we feeling about the new "team"?! 🤠

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 26.2 - I Want To Protect Everyone (2)

Free

I'm ready for the team-up already, the build-up is paying off! 😭🔥🔥🔥 What kind of magic do you think we'll be dealing with from the cult? 🤔 Action is coming really soon... 👀

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 26.1 - I Want To Protect Everyone (1)

Free

This ep felt like so much work when I was making it - I can't believe it's only 25 panels LOL 😮‍💨 There were a lot more panels in this ep where I put in more effort (coincidentally, they all relate to Aeryn hmm~) It feels really rewarding to get to this point where Luka and Aeryn are now more on the same page. Now we can team up and beat up some bad guys! 💪🔥

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 25.2 - I'll Make You Regret It (2)

Free

Our leads finally reunite! It's been like half a year for readers, I'm so so sorry 😭 Aria and Lucian's side of the story really took over for a bit there. Now, we're switching back for a bit with Aeryn and Luka~ These next few chapters are gonna be a challenge for me in terms of drawing, but I'm hopeful everything will come out alright 🙏

Her Knight From Another World

WE ARE SOOOO BACK!!!! I'm so so excited to show you this next stretch of the story aahh! Let me know what you think! <3

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 24.2 - All's Well That Ends Well (2)

Free

Gosh, I wish we can fix vision just like that with magic 🤣🪄 (I myself got laser eye surgery after wearing glasses for over a decade lol) Can I also say GRETAAA!! 😍 She is one of my favorite side characters I made out of nowhere, but she totally won me over LOL

Ep 23.2 - Act Like a Princess (2)

🚨 ROYAL DAD HAS BEEN INTRODUCED! 🚨 Any thoughts on what his personality might be like? 👀 Do you think he had a good relationship with Aeryn? 🤔

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 23.1 - Act Like a Princess (1)

Free

I've been enjoying these tense moments in the story lol - between Aeryn/Luka and Aria/the Warlock, there's a lot to go around. Actually, the whole Aethereos segment might always have a wave of tension underlying it, but it's really interesting creating these social dynamics and how Aria will learn to navigate them.

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 22.2 - Welcome Home (2)

Free

I try my best to make striking designs, but I also have to be careful to not make them too overly complicated to draw over and over again. Our latest new character certainly breaks that mold lol 😅 (I really do enjoy her design, though). Soo what do you think? We finally meet the Warlock - quite suddenly too! (Aria is going to have a heart attack from the stress soon, I swear--)

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 22.1 - Welcome Home (1)

Free

I hope you enjoy the next bit of development in the story 👀 We're reallyyy close to meeting a character I'm excited to show readers (actually, there are several new faces coming up lol, but one in particular stands out!)

Her Knight From Another World

Ep 21.2 - The Curse of Opal Beach (2)

Free

We've wrapped up the conversation with the stranger and uhh it's looking not good 😨 With that, we wrap up the brief return to Opal Beach and Aeryn/Luka's story~ We're going to shift back to Aethereos for the next few episodes! It's been a balancing act to show both sides of the story - I hope the wait is not so bad to return to either perspective.
