Immortal Coil is a dark and modern reimagining of

Ragnarok. The true purpose of Ragnarok was to banish Loki and protect Odin’s family
at all costs, but now Loki returns with a vengeance, seeking to unleash Nyarlathotep's
apocalyptic power with the aid of his daughter, Hel. As Loki awakens, the series delves
into the battle between divine bloodlines and eldritch horrors as Earth becomes the final
battleground for the existence of mortals and immortals alike.
The opening issues reveal that the Norse gods have secretly survived Ragnarok and
made Earth their final home, hidden among humans. With Odin's death at Loki’s hands,
Hel awakens to assist her father in unleashing Nyarlathotep's power. Desperate, Odin
must awaken his dormant grandchildren—living as humans—to stop Loki before the
mortal and Immortal worlds collapse.
