The Ascended are men and women blessed at birth with uncanny gifts. For an entire age, they protected the people of Destenon and her neighboring allies from the endless hordes of the petulant god - Asmodis. However at present, the might of the Ascended is all but spent, and all hope quickly crashes onto the shoulders of their freshest cohort, who may very well be the last of their kind.
