Phil and Riot flee after the exhausting fight in the cavern under the gas station. Phil drives the Cadillac while Riot rests in the back. Having to use his power too soon caused him to lose consciousness and he hasn’t woken up yet. As he drives, Phil begins to remember how they met in flashback mode. We see the early years they spent at St. Rose Reformatory, a cross between Xavier School and Arkham Asylum. Here we begin to understand the relationship the two forged and discover the identity of Alastor Monroe, the sinister figure who ran St. Rose with an iron fist.

Phil and Riot are left lying in the desert while traveling from Olmito to Austin, where they wait for another assignment. They have to walk to a gas station to fill up the car, but when they get there, they find something that is out of this world. The dude that comes out of the gas station turns into a demon in front of their very eyes and during a fight, the gas suppliers explode exposing a passageway that leads to a cavern. When they decide to explore it, they find the gas station demon’s family and something out of Lovecraft’s nightmares.

Somewhere in the city slums, Street Tiger wakes up, not even remembering how he survived the explosion and the brutal beating from Egg-Head’s goon, The Shark. Meanwhile, at the city suburbs of Barrio Crema, what seems to be a drug deal takes place. But as always in Nam City, nothing is what it seems.

Beating mobsters to a pulp, Street Tiger continues his weird and particular revenge. Meanwhile, Boni and Emmanuel, two detectives from the Nam City Police Depart-ment, are tracing his steps. This time, Street Tiger's revenge leads him to the Oval Tower, where Ray "Egg Head" Rachino, a local mob boss, is not especially glad to meet him.

This adventure takes our heroes to a small town called Olmito, where they travel to help a woman who wants to get rid of her violent husband. When they meet her, they witness the result of one of his beatings on her face and they accept the case (especially Riot) as a personal mission. But the fact that the target is a redneck who spends the day drinking beer does not mean the job will be easy; he’s related to the town sheriff, who acts like a petty tyrant.
