She needed to escape her country, as it drowned in madness. San Diego was her final destination before crossing the border, and the only thing standing in her way was a war zone. With the borders closed, and the city in flames, will she find refuge from the battle, or will she get swept up with the wind of revolution?

Sara heads to Reno, NV alone to recover money she buried a decade ago. She soon finds that the desert has many eyes when she is interrupted while digging up her treasure. With her life again at risk, will she be able to negotiate her way out of this situation, or will it culminate in violence? Hardboiled suspense, grindhouse action, and human drama come to a head in issue 3 of this 5 part series.

Sara and Emmy take to the road in a stolen vehicle, but don't get too deep into the mountain roads of Oregon before somebody recognizes their ride. Tempers flair, fights break out, and the action culminates in a high-speed chase. Emmy and Sara also have to come to terms with the direction they are going, and who gets to decide what is best for Emmy moving forward. Hardboiled suspense, grindhouse action, and plenty of human drama round out issue 2 of this 5 part series.

Sara finds Emmy in a dingy Coos Bay bar drinking by herself, but even in that dark lighting it isn't hard to see she has a black eye. Unhappy with her own life, Sara finds a fast friendship with Emmy and decides to help her skip town and escape Grip, her abusive pimp. But things just can't happen that easy, can they? A story for those who love hardboiled suspense & grindhouse action, but not without a good dose of human drama.
