Secondly...THE SHOCKSTER?! THAT was the best name you could come up with?! And even WORSE she neither SAYS her superhero name , NOR uses her powers to fight anybody.
Stop waiting until the second issue to start the action, a superhero book needs to START with the action,28 pages of set up is too long.

Either way, traditionally manga is drawn right to left, and barring flopped manga, if was drawn intentionally left to right, its not a manga, its a moe inspired graphic novel.
That's just how I see it though, one Aardvark's opinion.
